I followed the instruction and got the Base Filtering Engine to appear but when I click start it said "Error 5: Access is denied". Can anyone help me with that?

   Please go through the Post 19 and follow the instructions to give permission to the BFE in Regedit.

after loading Norton 360, on start-up i receive an error code of 5013,3. i launch the website to attempt the fix and do not find the Base Filtering utility referenced. How do i fix this?

I tried coping the BFE file provided.... it will not allow me to rename it to a .reg file... Can you help?
