Norton 360

My PC installed Norton 360 version5 automatically not respond then it exit after that i display following error "Error:8504,104" then it try to corret it but it show unable to fix the error.So how do i fix that error. Norton has "Protective defense" like kaspersky?

My computer hangs frequently,though I have installed norton 360 latest version, showing error 8504,104. Solve

the issue.  Further whether I have to use or deleat  windows defender provided by Microsoft.

I have just installed Norton 360, Version 5.0.  I cannot access the program and I am getting error 8504,104 on the screen.  All other indications are that  the program is not working.  What fix can I use to correct the problem.
