After downloading and running the Smartupdate file things seemed to be okay.

Both tie to:

An error has occured with Norton 360
Error: 8920,223

I have downloaded and run the SmartUpdate file. The error notices remain.

What should I do?

The error 8920,223 seems to have been resolved with another reboot and LiveUpdate.

Hello apothegm

This is an error which will come and go. It's been around for a few weeks now. The updates will run fine for a few days and then it will show up again. Usually, waiting a little while and then trying live update again will resolve the problem. Even if you do nothing, Norton will try the updates again later and they usually go thru then. The failed updates will get to you, but there may be a delay if you don't catch the error yourself.  Thanks.
