Yes live update won't work, I'm frazzled to the bone, and so much so, I can't seem to even figure out how to participate in this community thing too well either.

Also yes, am a newbie to this whole Norton thing as well..thought it was something I did to screw up the thing but see from most posts that its Nortons fault as I'm on the phone all day with them, and they have not a clue.

And hey, I don't even know what a log or any of this means
