Norton 360

Hi there to all helpers

Well I just bought this new computer and started it I have a lics'key numbe rfor my last computer

 when I started it up the new it came up to activethe trail  Norton Product  I said yesI could not find where to put the key number in  it then came up with this message Error message 3042,1 after I install my norton 2010 product  then it went thru lot of windows to this module 3040, error 10067  Smatr firewall E0x80040300H/Result0x80040300 sowhen I start up the computer this comes up

so can anyone help or I will be forced to uninstall this of the compter

Can you tell us which Norton product you use, and what is the exact version number of it?
