Hello Norton Community,
I have just restored my system back to factory condition and on installing N360 I initially had a problem activating my Norton Product. A quick call to Customer Service had this sorted in no time. The Customer Support rep also apologized to me for having the problem and added 30 days to my subscription. Thank you Vinuk!
I cannot say enough for the service from Customer Support I have received in the time I have had Norton Products installed. Not only does Symantec provide world class protection, but their support team is polite and professional.
