Norton 360

Please help. Right after an update from Norton, I can no longer access Facebook from either IE or Firefox on this computer. I can access on my Kindle, so I know it is not a FB issue. I am getting an HTTP 404 error and/or a "No accelerator found" message. I am sure that it is just a setting somewhere, but I cannot find it and Norton "Help" was of no help. HELP!!

Hello and Welcome to Norton Forums.

We are sorry for the issues you are facing. Can you let me know if you are able to go to all the other websites. Also if you thnk Norton is causing the problem. We can try to disable the Norton Firewall. Open Norton -> Click on Settings and click on Firewall settings -> Click on the slider and disable the firewall. Select the time duration as 15 minutes.
