Hello!
Firefox 10 is available and when I went to update , I got a message saying that my Norton Toolbar was not compatiable with it.
Will Norton be giving us a compatibility update to fix this problem?
Thanks!

I have known for 2 days the new version of FF was coming.
I wasn't trying to rush anyone , I was just wondering.
Thank you! ![]()

They have to test the updates with the final FF code as well first. It would be worse if you would get a not working update, and than wait again for the repatch...

As I said, I was just wondering if there would be an update, not trying to rush anything or anyone to get one.
Thank you, yet again!

Smooth update process here with Windows Vista sp2. Before two Norton update sessions today, an attempt to update Firefox from version 9.01 to 10 gave a dialog message telling me that if I accept the Firefox update, the Symantec toolbar would be disabled, so I chose to not allow the update. Firefox was very good in doing this informative process. I then ran the TWO update sessions for Norton 360 with required Restarts, and then did "check for updates" in Firefox, which lead directly to the update download and installation which was a very smooth, uninterrupted process.

Hi g_cafe_c,
Thanks for the update and you have followed a good method(process) to make Norton Toolbar compatible with FF10![]()
