Freezing Juno then Norton crashes

Juno has banners that change every 5 or 10 seconds.  It keeps freezing and then eventually I get a pop-up that says Norton has crashed, do I want to stop it.  How can I get this to stop?  It is making me miserable.

can you plzs give els a little more  info on what norton you  are uesing

 

 

are you uesing NIS  or norton 360? all so can you plzs go too about and tell ues what version # you have on your notorn

 

 

all so  what window do you have window xp vista window 7 or window 8 RC? and is it all  up too date?
