Full System Scan Changes?

Hello,

 

For the past couple of weeks there's been a change in the full system scan function in my 360.  In the past when I ran a full system scan the entire process would run automatically....except for having to click no to that annoying "you turned backup off, would you like to re-enable it and continue" message.

 

Now I have to wait for the updates to finish, acknowledge that, wait for the virus scan to finish, acknowledge that and then onto the system tune up.

 

Did a feature get turned off in one of the recent updates or anybody have any thoughts?

 We are really sorry for the problem you are facing. I would like to confirm a few details.

 

1. Did you recently disable the backup?

2. Can you let me know what is the version of Norton you are using.
