How do I empty overstuffed backup

Hello!  My computer  was for a while clogged with multiple copies of my quite extensive music collection.  This lead to the backup space in Norton to be also clogged.  have corrected the problem, and in fact my backup memory needs are small and amply met by the normal 360 space.  The 360 insists that I must purchase more space.  How do I correct this?.  Thanks.

Re: How do I empty overstuffed backup

I guess you are running out of online backup space limit. You can delete the duplicate files or ones which are of less priority to free up space.
To do this, in the 'Backup' section, select 'Manage backup sets'. In the new Window, select backup destinations option. Now look for option to 'delete backed up files'.
Click the option; it should list all those files which you have backed up. You may change sorting options to list files in a way which is most convenient in selecting what you want to delete.
Mark your items and select 'Delete'.
The amount of data you've deleted will show up as free space in your online storage limit.
