Norton 360

I have Norton 360 vers. 6.1.2.10 and Firefox 11.0

I like my Google search and dont need yet another toobar item in my browser. the Safe web button is fine, I just want to get rid of the search box and search button.

Hi Gresyth,

Click the Norton icon that is at the far left end of the Norton Toolbar, and click "Disable Norton Safe Search" in the dropdown list. That will remove the search box (you might have to restart Firefox).

AHA! that works. I thought that was turning off the Safe web completely. ;)
