I recently used one of my licenses (from a 3 license set) to renew NORTON 360 on my computer. My password for Norton Identity Protection no longer works after this Norton-360 license renewal and upgrade. This inconvenience is likely one more contributing factor in deciding to wipe my system (to increase efficiency etc.) as I upgrade to Win 7. How can I re-install the license I just used on my system (after I complete the new Win-7 install). Mynortonaccount.com tracks my available licenses and I do not want the site to use another available license when I re-instll N-360 after the Win-7 install.

Mike,
You can download a complete installation file for N360 V4 and then use your existing KEY to activate it.
New N360 V4:
Click on the link that matches your version:
Norton 360 v4 Standard: www.norton.com/n360s_4 << -- Version with 2GB of online Storage
Norton 360 v4 Premier: www.norton.com/n360p_4 << -- Version with 25GB of online Storage
If you should have the netbook version please say so since there is another download link for that version and the KEYs are not interchangeable.
If this should take an activation then Customer Support is very quick and good and resetting the database they hold.
To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there.
You can choose CHAT or Email; phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.
Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
