I have verion 1 of 360, and had a pop-up asking to upgrade to v3. It did not say anything obvious about having to buy a new subcription. I downloaded and installed the upgrade. 360 V3 then said it was in a trail period and I had 30 days to buy a new key. I do not want to buy a new key. I would like to go back to V1 that was working perfectly for my XP system.
What is the procedure to revert back to V1 from a trial V3, step by step. I would rather not go through the very lengthy process of uninstalling, many reboots, and reinstalling. I'm down to 15 days, and have installed many prorgams since, so 'system restore' will not be very helpful.
Please no-one try to sell me on the merits of the newer version.Just the steps to revert back to V1.

Welcome to the Norton Community
Was your subscription up to date?
If it was then you should just need to activate V3 using the product key from your V1

Hi KLund1,
Go to your Norton Account using this LINK, log in and get the Product Key for your Norton 360 1.0. Then activate Norton 360 3.0 using that Product Key.
