How to block or remove adserver and yieldmanager popups?

I keep getting popup windows with adserver.com or yieldmanager.com as the url. I've installed popup blockers, cleared the cache and cookies, blocked the urls in the norton traffic rules (which, frankly, I don't understand at all, it's so complicated and user-unfriendly, so I'm not sure if I've done it right, or if I must use one of the other modules or tabs or programs or tasks or settings!!!)

Please could you advise. And please explain which part of norton to go to and how to set up the block, as well as how to find & remove the adware causing this.
