For the past 3 or 4 days, I've been having trouble reactivating my online back-up storage since i renew my subscription to my norton 360 6.0 . I'd tried many times calling norton support but nothing seem to be resolving the issue, at times, they tried removing my norton from my desktop computer to see will it resloved the issue but instead it continues. So now, my only way resloving the issue is to delete to online back-up storage and I want find out how to delete it ?

Please contact Norton Support through Live Chat and request them to purge the backup set or files from Online Backup for your Account. They will assist you further with completing the process.
