After a HDD failure I have re-installed N360 Premier on the replacement HDD & run LiveUpdate several times (including re-starts) until it reports there are no more updates to install.
Despite signing into my Norton Account via the N360 UI - N360>Tasks>Account>'Access Norton Account' (which opens in a browser window) - none of my Backups performed prior to the HDD failure show up in the N360 UI drop-down list, i.e. N360 UI - Tasks (Backup Tasks column)>'Manage Backup Sets' - the only item that shows up in the drop-down list is a Default backup.
If I access my previous Backups - in my Norton Account Online Storage - via my browser (see attached screenshot), it asks me for individual file names that I want to re-instate. As I have had to replace the entire HDD, is there no way that I can re-instate complete per-user Folders, such as 'User Name/(My) Documents' ? If I have to re-instate (i.e. Download from online storage) each (for example) Microsoft Office document - Word, Excel, etc - individually, this will take me until the next Millennium!!!
Using the Norton Online Backup browser interface 'File Actions', the drop-down box has 2 options - 'Download a File' suggests that I need to know the exact name of each file I wish to re-instate & that I can only download 1 file at a time (rather than a complete Folder), or 'Email File Links'. (WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?)
I hope someone can tell me a quicker way to copy my backed-up Folders with their contents, from the online storage (a total of 50.49GB) back to my new HDD, than 1 file at a time!!!
I have tried to attach a screenshot, in the hope this may clarify what I am trying to describe, but only 'text' files are permitted!
