Norton 360

I bought Norton 360 online yesterday and cannot download to my laptop which runs Windows 7 Home Premium. I get to about 97% download the receive error 9090 0x80047EC6. From the error panel I cannot send an error report. I have tried uninstalling & re-installing but nothing seems to work. When I check my Norton account it still shows 3 downloads left.

Try a direct download of the installer.
