Norton 360

the grid displays but the actual program listing don't display. I also have a laptop with only Norton Antivirus - all works fine there. Norton 360 was installed and all was working until a few weeks ago - my suspicion is that an update caused the problem. I've tried turning off the smart firewall but that didn't seem to solve the problem.

Some more information would be helpful.

What operating system and service pack do you have?

What version of 360 are you using? Support - About.

What browser are you using, including version numbers.

Except for the other computer having NAV, are the browser and OS the same?

I'm wondering if a cookie might have been "cleaned up."  Try clearing your browser cache and restart the browser.

I just got a message on my laptop to upgrade to Norton Antivirus 2012 - now this url has the same problem - grid displays but tv listings don't.  removing cookies didn't work

when I restart firefox and try that url it asks for the zip code and doesn't seem to accept the zip code - something crazy is going on.

Try disabling the Symantec/Norton Add-ons from firefox and check whether it works. Also check whether the link works in other browsers like Chrome and Internet Explorer.
