Some more information would be helpful.
What operating system and service pack do you have?
What version of 360 are you using? Support - About.
What browser are you using, including version numbers.
Except for the other computer having NAV, are the browser and OS the same?

I'm wondering if a cookie might have been "cleaned up." Try clearing your browser cache and restart the browser.

I just got a message on my laptop to upgrade to Norton Antivirus 2012 - now this url has the same problem - grid displays but tv listings don't. removing cookies didn't work

when I restart firefox and try that url it asks for the zip code and doesn't seem to accept the zip code - something crazy is going on.

Try disabling the Symantec/Norton Add-ons from firefox and check whether it works. Also check whether the link works in other browsers like Chrome and Internet Explorer.
