   I too play Castleville. Don't have any problem in visiting and playing the games like Mafia Wars, Empires and Allies, etc also in Facebook. Have N360V5.

What's happening when you  visit their Website?

What Browser are you using?

Did you tried with other Browsers?

Do you have any script Blocker installed(like No Script)?

I am using Internet explorer. I can visit other people and the game plays fine. The problem is no one can visit me anymore. I did not know if that was something that was blocked when I installed Norton 360.

   Your Neighbours in the Catleville are not able to visit your play area or your friends in Facebook were not able to visit your Wall?

Did you changed any Privacy settings in Facebook? And this certainly seems to be Coincidence (installation of norton and your problem in Castleville)

No I have not changed any settings on facebook. They can not visit the play area but they can still visit my wall.
