Without an Internet connection 360 will just occupy space and cause error messages. The key to the effective protection provided by 360 is its ability to communicate with the Norton servers and receive the latest information on threats. If your system has no Internet connection and will not be connected then there is no real need for 360 on that system.
Since you have a valid key you can download a current copoy of 360 here: http://www.norton.com/n360s_6/ but you will have to be connected to the Internet to do it.
