Who made the cashback offer? Norton or a store?

Norton made the cashback offer. The link given on the packaging is norton.com/anz/60on360, (the site is no longer there). The product was purchased in Australia. I wish to claim the cashback.

I had no problem getting there either but you may be too late:
Your claim needs to be submitted by 11:59pm AWST on April 30, 2012.
So I suggest you follow up the suggestion to use the CHAT link especially since it seems one could have bought it on April 30 but still have to submit the same day!
