Is there a Norton question in here somewhere--or have you just heard we're so helpful you figured we could handle Windows questions too?

What version of Windows do you have? If it's XP, there's an icon for it in Control Panel. If it's Vista, you need to bring up Control Panel and select "Classic View" over at the top left in order to see that icon.

Let us know if that does the trick!

To access Device Manager from the control panel in XP and VIsta you first have to double-click the System icon, then select the Hardware tab and click the Device Manager button.  Or you can right-click My Computer, select Manage, and then click on Device Manager.
