Is there a way to force Identity Safe in Norton 360 to register a name + password at a sign in page?
I must have mistakenly pressed 'Never at this Site' when asked if I wanted Identity Safe to take note of the user name and password - now I can't get Identity Safe to take note of the user name + password.

Hi Kevj,
Try to reset the Auto-fill preference for a particular Web page:
1. Start Norton 360.
2. Click Settings.
3. If you have not logged in, click Log in to Identity safe first. Click Identity Safe Profile.
4. In the Identity Safe Settings window, on the left side, click Auto-fill Exclusions.
5. In the right side, select the Web page that you want to save the password information, and then click Delete.
6. Click OK.
7. Now, login to that particular Web page and you will be prompted an option to save the password information.
Let us know the results.

Yogesh,
I followed the instructions up to and including number 4 - All OK.
Instruction 5 - on the right hand side there are no URLs - i.e. no Exclusions.
I have also opened the 'Manage Log Ins' window - the Log In is definately not there.
Could be relevant - the page I am trying to Log In is Google Adwords - I have 2 Log Ins at this web page - 2 different people asked me to look at there Google Adwords settings - both gave me there Log In details.
One of the Log Ins registers OK with Identity Safe - this one works OK, it is the other Google Adwords Log In that isn't working.
The same 2 people also gave me passwords for the same 'Online Form' service, I can have 2 Log Ins with Identity Safe at the Online form web page (same URL) but not at the Google Log In.
