Norton 360

I have created a local profile for my Identity Safe. I have Norton 360 v5.1

From what I can see on the Norton Website I should be able to create an Online Vault and copy my local profile. I cannot see how do to this.

I have also created a portable profile which I now ant to delete. How can I do this

Hi Karim

      Online vault is not supported in Norton360 V5.0. You have to wait for the V6.0 release to move your local vault online. Currently NIS2012 supports Online Vault.

The online help for Norton Identity Safe provides instructions on how to create an online vault for Norton 360. Which did not work for me when I tried to follow them.

Is V6.0 available now?

Am I correct that the only way to access my Identity Safe for other computers is if I have an online vault?

Hi Karim

     N360 V6.0 will be released very soon (Yet in Beta stage).

You can import the portable profile in the other computer to use the ID safe or you have to Export the ID safe to a USB/Flash drive then import it through the N360 in the Computer.

    Follow the Instructions here to know how to export and import ID safe data.
