Norton 360

I recently upgraded to Firefox 10 and following some posts here upgraded my NIS to 5.2 and eventually the Norton Toolbar and Identity Safe reappeared. However, although the auto login will fill the username box it won't fill the password box as it did before.

Help please!

Are you facing issue with all logins or any particular logins?

Could you provide the URL in which you are facng the issue?

I've encountered the same problem with Firefox. 

Recently, I responded to Firefox update reminder, and installed Firefox 10.0.1and also found the Identity Safe wouldn't recognizeor work with it. 

I had some other issues with it, and uninstalled that version and am back to using Firefox 7.0.1 and eliminated the problem.

I've got NS360 v 5.2.0.13

Until there is another upgrade in Identity Safe, I suggest you take the same backward step.
