I upgraded from Norton 360 v 4.0 to Norton 360 Premier Edition v 4.0 to extend my subscription and get 25GB of online storage. My problem is that I can no longer log in to my identity safe as I keep getting the error message " Incorrect Password"... What now?

That solved the problem...! My version was only 4.2 and the LiveUpdate installed v 4.3 and everything seems to work just fine...! Thanks for the info and "kudos" to you...!
