Norton 360

i this got norton 360 and i noted that Identity Safe  will not fill some fourms 

like on this site

you can long in fine but the little popup that comes down when you long in so it can save your passwords for you  wont come down

it works this find  when i re long in the  it fills in my passowrd and ueser name  this fine

i hop when V6 comes out it will fixs most of this 

so am this wenting you no whats going on

i have all the updates from norton runing 5.2.13 and i am long in right now too Identity Safe  and am uesing firefox 10 on window7

Thanks for lettings us know on this.

Yup, as you said our N360 6.0 version will definitely have a fix for this as we use our own method for acquiring & filling the passwords which is called WAX nothing Web Analysis eXpert. And from 6.0 we are not dependent on Roboform DLL's and we will have our own fix for any such issues.

Identity Safe won't even fill Norton's own website (https://account.norton.com)!  How ironic is that? 

I used to like Identity Safe.  But after using it for a couple of years, I think it might be time to switch.

Identity safe does fill the account.norton.com site and we don't see any issues with that. Can you please let us know what is the product,product version and the browser you are using?
