Identity safe won't close.

Hi, after one of my latest updates, not sure which one, my identity safe has stopped closing normally.  It originally worked fine, but now after entering it to manage log ons and such it will not close and after choosing close it locks up and will not respond to any key strokes.  Just give the verification beep like a full keystroke buffer.  Have to either reboot or use task manager  to end Norton to close it out.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I could reload the product, but would prefer not to if it can  be avoided.  I am using: Product Name: Norton 360 Version: 3.5.2.11.  Thanks.

Try the following steps and let us know if this helps you.

1. Take a backup of your Identity Safe data into a .npm file using the Settings -> Ideintity safe -> Backup Identity Safe Data

2. Logout of Identity safe

3. Reset the Identity safe profile by providing empty password twice

4. Create a fresh Identity Safe profile
