hello.

i am stuck with this this issue of having incredibar in google chrome and i cant remove it.

i also do not know much about computers and this incredibar is getting really annoying.
i already have installed revo uninstaller but dont know how to remove incredibar with the uninstaller.

please someone kindly help me with instructions if possible...

Download OTL http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/otl/

Disable Norton for say 30 minutes

Start OTL,  

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Change file age to 180 days

Press the 

An OTL.txt  and extras.txt will be created. to post the logs back in a reply.

In order to remove incredibar with OTL program, do i have to pay like the other programs???

Welcome SeanKim,

No it's free.  Just do exactly as Quads asks,  nothing more,  nothing less.  Quads is very experienced in malware removal.  You are lucky to have him assist you.

sorry. i have no idea what log is and dont know what i shud be posting but i downloaded OTL and scanned the computer...

OK, no point in doing anything,  probably not done the correct settings, and probably not good enough at english,

Heck,  objects for more than one AV and another Anti spyware program.

manually set up your browser search and homepage settings.

Even when the incredibar toolbar and search engine etc settings have been removed,  the browsers still have to be manually set back to the way you had them.
