Quads, or whomever reads this,
I realize the press on your time, and appreciate anything you can do for me.
Per the screenshot, this started happening Friday, 2 days ago, and it’s become apparent I can’t fix it.
After reading some of the threads here, this doesn’t seem like a one size fits all, and I apologize if I’ve made the issue worse, but this is what I’ve done so far…
ran the Trojan.zeroaccess removal tool, and nothing came up
ran the NPE, and again nothing came up
Per yahoo answers, I ran tdsskill, then kaspersky. Kaspersky found 3 files. I chose to delete all 3, and nothing changed.
malwarebytes, found nothing, which has since been UNINSTALLED
ran CleanUp several times, it deleted an abnormally large amount of files each time, but never fixed anything
I run windows 7 at 32 bit, and I have a flash drive.
I’m not very computer knowledgeable, but I am good at following directions and would like to make this as easy for you as possible. It’s my biggest fear this thing gets worse then it is.

ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures, The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.
Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.
4. Cleanup (including system as a whole)
Please read every post completely before doing anything.
You can't have Norton and Kaspersky installed on the same system, you are making thinks so much worse, Now you have to uninstall Kaspersky and probably Norton to.

I don't think Kaspersky was officially installed. It was never on the programs list. When I ran it, it "initialized," and then ran. It never installed, or extracted anything to my knowledge. I hope that makes sense. What's the next step?

It let me "run" it without installing it. It was never installed on my machine.
I realize you get a lot of "special" people here. I want to do this as quickly, and easily for you as possible. What's the next step knowing Kaspersky has never been installed on my machine?

I need the TDSSkiller log, showing what it removed.
Look in the location C:\TDSSkiller.....................................

OK I will keep that log just in case I need it for reversing anything it took.
Read Slowly and all of it.
Please download http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-re
Transfer it on to the Flash Drive.
Enter System Recovery Options.

I was stopped by a password request, which I don’t recall ever setting.
