It has taken me two hours to work out what was causing this problem. I have never previouslly installed a programme that crippled my computer!
In the help page it took me to the online download which turned out to be the 'preminum' edition so when I entred my product code I had to uninstall it and start all over again with the 'standard' one!!
This frustration will not be easily forgotten. Despite the 'problem solved' slogans all over the messages I am yet to see any apology!!
This is really not good enough for a company that is suppodedly on top of the worm makers!
Disappointed.
