While we work on fixing this issue, we've found a work-around that has helped some people. Give it a try and let me know if it worked for you.
In your browser, click on "Tools" and then "Compatibility View Settings"
If "norton.com" or "mynortonaccount.com" is in the list of Websites you've added to Compatibility View, then highlight it and click "Remove".
If you have "Display all websites in Compatibility View" checked, please uncheck it.
Then revisit mynortonaccount.com and let us know if you get the same error or if you are able to login.
If you DO get the same error, please goto http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ and copy/paste the Your User Agent information again.
For example, mine is Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; MS-RTC LM 8)

No change at mynortonaccount.com with compatibility changes
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) ; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
No problem with compatibility view on either settings at other Norton addresses.

Okay, this should all be fixed now. Customers using IE 7/8/9 should be able to login to https://www.mynortonaccount.com
Give it a try and let me know the results.
