I just purchased my renewal for 360 and now find out that apparently they do not furnish live chat support anymore. One of the main reasons I have stayed with Norton for so many years was the fact that they provided such good support through the live chat. Now all the support I can get is through Nathan, their virtual idiot, uh, I mean Agent and he don't know jack. Why did they delete the best thing they had going for them?

Live Chat is still available. If you go to Support > Get Support and go through the One Click Support Windows, you can reach the Norton Support page. In that page, if you scroll down, and look at the right-bottom corner, you can see Contact Us.
If you click Contact Us, and then in the new page, if you scroll down, you can see the Chat option.

You can avoid Nathan if when the screen comes up saying SInce you have a new version of .... try out lalest blah blah blah.
Just hit CANCEL!
But here's my boilerplate to get Live CHAT ....
To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there. You may have to scroll down a little to see the SCAN button.
You can choose CHAT or Email; email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.
Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
