Norton 360

My local backup is not completing -- it hangs on this file: c:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\Norton\Backup\1\123456789ABCDEFG.@DB .  Any ideas,  this has just started in the last couple weeks.  It worked before.

That file is actually a working copy of the backup catalog.  When you're running a backup, it is creating a new catalog.  Therefore, my guess is that it is unable to access the same file it's trying to write! 

If you open your backup configuration and set it up so that file is not included in the backup set, it should work.

In fact, I don't know any reason you would want to backup anything in the ProgramData\Norton folder anyway.  There's no critical information there.
