I am trying to re-install my Norton 360 on a new computer. It is not recognizing my e-mail/password for log in so I tried password recovery just in case and I get no e-mail at all. I have my product key and I think I am on auto-renewal. What are my options?

Probably the best way to resolve this is to contact Customer Support via Live Chat at this link.
They are very good at dealing with account, subscription and activation issues.
