Lost 1 of the 3 downloads for 360 V5

I had some difficulty loading my Norton V5 from a CD.  I had previously had 360 V4.   I'm not real computer literate but most the time I do okay.  Long story short.  Tried to load the V5 not realizing I had to remove Version 4.  I went back in and removed Version 4 but then I couldn't load V5.. Tried numerous times.  Went to Best Buy and they suggested I download Norton Removal Tool, which I did and finally got the 360 loaded but now instead of having two more downloads for my other computers, I only have one left.   Any suggestions?
