MSN Games not working!!

Hello,

I've been an Norton 360 Premier user for years and never had a problem with MSN Games.

My latest subscription was coming to an end so I decided to upgrade to Norton One.

That was last month 4/2013 everything was going ok until I discovered that one of the laptops I use said that my Norton 360 premium trial was coming to an end. I unistalled it 360 again and the message was finally gone.

But 2 days ago I tried to access MSN Games and it is not letting me connect to their servers.

I looked on Norton forums and it had the steps to open new ports and follow the direction but still no luck!

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction???

Thanks!

Welcome,

Sounds like there might have been a bit lost in the upgrade. Please try running the norton Remove and Reinstall Tool

www.Norton.com/nrnr

to see if that doesn't clear it up

Keep us posted

Re: MSN Games not working!!

Thanks!

But unfortunately that did not solve the problem.

I downloaded the removal program and it told me that I had the most updated version of Norton 360 and it did not give me an option to reinstall it. So I did it manually and the problem still exists.

MSN Games is asking me to open TCP Ports:

80, 443, 1863, & 28000-28809

I am running Windows 7
