My Backup Problem.

OK here's what's happening to me.

After having to start again from scratch on my laptop (I'm using Vista Home Premium and using Norton 360 v3.0), I then try to restore all my files and things that are backed up.  I left it running while I went to take care of other business and it said there was a temporary problems with the servers as nothing was transferred and that I should try again.  After attempting to back up several more times, I receive the same result.  My latest backups became unavailable to me.  Is there a solution to this problem?  Especially when the 50 gigs of memory I've purchased may expire soon?

Please note that I'm going to leave this on again and see if I can get the backup to run.

Re: My Backup Problem.

Try to reach the fils trough the Norton Online Backup system:

1 . Go to this page: https://nobu.backup.com

2. Log-in with your Norton Account username and password

3. Choose your 360 Storage in the list

4. It should list all your files you have on the server

5. Save the files to your PC

I never used it this way, please let us know the results! Thanks. ;)

Re: My Backup Problem.

Hi StrikerElbow,

Hope you are trying to restore from the Online Storage Space. Try to restore only a few files/folders at a time, like around 500MB to 1GB instead of trying to restore all the files together as you have mentioned that it contains 50 gigs of data. Let us know how it goes.

Re: My Backup Problem.

Slowly, but surely, I'm getting my stuff back.  The only problem is it's gonna take a long time to get everything.
