Norton 360

I bought the above mentioned bundle in the understanding that Norton Smartphone Security included Android phones. Nowehere in the package the system requirements for the smartphone system are listed. I tried to install the mobile software into my PC to later synchronize and  of course it does not recognize my device. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I feel I was taken.

Norton Smartphone Security is an older product according to my knowledge. The product that works OK with Android 2.1+ is called Norton Mobile Security, or Norton Tablet Security for the tablet devices with the Android OS.

I would recommend to contact Costco's support, maybe they have a refund policy.

From what I hear elswhere Costco have a very very good refund policy -- used to 6 months no questions but I think they cut it back to a shorter period of time
