My wife and I have different email credentials for different accounts on the same Rx website. Firefox is my default browser and I have had her credentials saved by IS. I now use Chrome for my access. I have been manually entering my credentials on Chrome for the following reason (hence quandary)--
If I allow the instance of IS on Chrome to save my login then I'll have two logins for the same site. IS isn't going to distinguish between the two browsers--it uses a common credential list for any browser.
Is there a way for IS to save the different credentials for myself and my wife for the same website and not get confused as to who is who whether I use browser A for both or browser A for one and B for another or must I continue to use IS for my wife and manually enter for myself?

Hi,
Identity Safe behaves like this.
1) You are trying to Logging in with a set of credentials in a login site(username:- husband@tt.com, password:- 123) in any browser(IE, FF, Chrome)
2) If Norton ToolBar is enabled in your browser and Identity Safe is logged in, then it your username and password will be stored.
3) Next day if your wife tries to browse the same Login site you browsed on Step 1, then it will autofill your credentials first.
4) If your wife tries to login with different set of credentials(username:- wife@tt.com, password:- 124) then Identity Safe will store
this set of credentials also.
5) If you browse to same login site again then MOST RECENTLY USED Login will be autofilled.
UI stating you have 2 set of credentials for the same login site will be displayed, you can select the logins as per the need.

In my use, I have not experienced the behavior of #5 as described: 'offer up a selection of available logins wherein more than 1 is stored.'
My experience has been that IS seems to get confused when there's more than 1 set and displays none. Hence, I deleted the particular instance of different credentials for the same site.
Is there a particular setting that requires activation for #5 to function as you describe?

Hi,
Yes, we have a setting for that under "Settings"->Click "Identity Protection"->Click "Configure" link pertaing to "Browsing Options"(Norton 360 Verson 6.0 Product) OR click "Configure" link pertaining to "Identity Safe Options"(Norton 360 Version 5.0 Product).
You will see a check box named as "Display my logins each time I visit a page with multiple logins", enable that setting and check the behavior.

I'm not following your directions: "under "Settings"->Click "Identity Protection"->Click "Configure" link pertaing to "Browsing Options"(Norton 360 Verson 6.0 Product)"
I have ver 6x.
When I click settings, a page titled Setting (against a black background) appears. Identity Protection is the subtitle below Settings without the option to click. It only has a 'Use Defaults' link to its right.
Below the Identity Protection subtitle is another subtitle Identity Safe and under same are a variety of choices all of which have a configure option to the right and none of which are Identity Protection.

When you click Identity Safe do you see the option for Browsing Options? You can follow the above instructions from there.

I tried your suggestion--clicked on options under the IS browser bar, clicked settings and it takes me to the same screen that I was at previously (as you noted).
The problem is the same. On the Settings page there is no clickable 'Identity Protection' per the initial instruction that has an associated configure.

Just to be clear, the Settings link you are to use is on the main N360 page. From there, look for Identity Safe. Click there and then look for Browser Options and click on configure next to that. Then check the options offered to see if you can find what you are looking for.
Sorry I am not using 360 or I would post a screen shot. (I use NIS)

Thanks for the patience. The instructions work when you start at the main page.
