I looked, but didn't see my issue, so sorry if it's here, and I didn't see it!
I have a 3 computer subscription to Norton 360, and I have one on my desktop, one on my laptop, and the 3rd on my now EX husband's laptop. How do I cancel HIS computer, and add it to my sister's computer instead? I tried going through support, but the robo-agent didn't understand what I was trying to ask. Help, please! I don't want that cheating so-and-so to continue to benefit from MY Norton!

Silque,
Sorry that you and Nathan were not "at one" .... you are not alone.
Probably your easiest way is to contact the Norton OnLine Support Team via CHAT as below which uses your computer keyboard not the phone and it puts you in touch with real people! Nice and helpful too.
Just tell them that computer is no longer in your possession and you want to deactivate it and use the activation on your new computer. It may take a little time to work out which of the three it is but they have tools and data that may make it easier than if I gave you a route to a tool you could use yourself.
When you get it sorted out I suggest you log onto your MyNortonAccount from one of your own computers and change the password to access it -- is the login you email address or was it his? If his then Support may be able to deal with that too.
Do please let us know how you get on

Thanks for the response. I did manage to get a human, and they said I had to buy a new key, then they transferred the remaining 271 days to my new account. I changed the password, and I hope to receive an angry text message from the bum saying his Norton no longer works very soon! :-)
