I am about to reformat my computer. I will lose everything. How do I re-instal my Norton after I have done this? I have two years left and don't want to lose that if possible. I am sure I need a code or something, but where do I get that information?
Does anyone have any idea how to contact NORTON? E-mail or Phone or anything, I can't find a way to contact them. You pay for a product, then have to use a forum and hope the person helping you is really on your side.
BS if you ask me, pisses me off really.
Not good customer service in my opinion!

You can contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to give you guidance..

If you bought a retail package the KEY is one the envelope the disk came in.
If you boght from Norton you should have had an email with it in.
When you installed your product and created your MyNortonAccount on line the KEY is in there if you click on the entry for the product .
If you tell us what actual Norton product you have we can give you a link to download the current downloadable version which will be more uptodate than any disk you may have. Please tell us what version of Windows you are using.
