Norton 360

Hi all!

I was looking around in my Norton and I clicked "Check For  A New Version" and it says there is a new version of 360. I have version 6.4.1.14. I c/p this from the page I got.....

A product update is available!

Norton 360™

 I run Live Update more than once a day and I thought that I had the lateset version but is there a new one that I need?

Apparently you missed the last 2 version upgrade announcements:

Please check your N 360 Settings > Administrative Settings> and see if you have Automatic download of new version turned off.

I checked my settings and Automatic download of new version is ON.

So, do I need to update from 6.4.1.14 to this 20.3.

I saw those pinned posts at the top of the page and this is the one I took most notice of.

Do you need to?  That is up to you.  We normally recommend the upgrade to the latest product, however some folks have been hanging back with the v 6 (2012 product) due to problems with the Online Vault and also some do not wan to lose their Local ID Safe Vault.

You need to read  some the other threads with prolems with the v 20 spelled out and then make up your own mind.
