Hello!
I'm trying to enter my product key, but for some reason it won't allow me to type in vowels. I can type vowels everywhere else..So is this a problem with my Norton product? Please help!
Thank you,
Michelle

Hi Royalte,
Please make sure that the Product Key you are entering is the proper key for the specific product you are trying to activate. If the key belongs to a different product, you will encounter the sort of issue you describe. If you bought a bundle with two Norton products, each should have its own key.

Certain numbers and letters are not valid because they can be confused with each other like 0+O, S+5, 2+Z, 1+I.
A valid key does not contain any of these characters.
Make sure you are entering your product key and not the serial or order number.
