Having bought 360 V4 a couple of months back (I couldn't resist the deal, 3 PC user subscription, digital photo frame & 4GB usb drive etc) even though my subscription to NIS still had over 90 days left. At the end of June I did my annual clean up on my laptop & desktop (reinstall Win7 from scratch) & started my new subscription on 360 v4. Everything went great (used 2 licenses) until I upgraged my desktop (new MB, CPU & RAID) & forgot to uninstall 360 before the upgrade (giving me back one of the licenses) now that I've upgraged & reinstalled the OS & 360 v4 I find that I've use used all my licenses. I'll need the other license soon for my wife's laptop. Is there some way to get back one back?

Hi L00se,
Please contact Symantec Customer Service at the link below (for US and Canada); you can chat with them for free; explain the situation to them, and they will be able to reset your activations for you; please keep your product key ready because they will probably ask for it:

Please tell us how it goes - thanks :-)
