After installing Norton 360 on a Windows 7 system, Outlook would hang with the Norton 360 AddIn module msouplug.dll being reported as the errant module. I have disabled the plug-in in Outlook and have removed it in the Client set-up within Norton. Anyone know if a patch has been released? This system was running Norton Internet Security 2011 with no problems prior to the upgrade to Norton 360. Norton 360 removed the earlier version, installed, did a Live Update and still caused Outlook to have issues.

Sorry for the trouble. I would suggest you to try Norton Remove & Reinstall tool, uninstall and reinstall Norton 360 first:
Let me know if the problem persists even after performing uninstall/reinstall.
