Norton 360

[Sqd3]

I have opened Norton 360 and there's a Backup issue saying 'Your Backup has not completed recently. Please Backup Now or change your backup settings.'

So I then back up and it said its successful and the message is popping up plus it says "At Risk!" in red in the top left corner 

Then later on when I tried to back up again it wouldnt back up and says 'Completed:'

What should I do?

I did made the test file but in the end it says starting but still says Completed: 0

On step 5 what do they mean when they say new file

Just create a new file/add a file which is not yet on your machine to your desktop.

Its still not backing up The Status says 'Starting' and it says Completed: 0 and cant click on Pause or Skip

Can you please indicate which version of Norton 360 you are running (please open Norton 360, go to "Help & Support" and then to "About") and which operating system (including service packs and bit version) you have got?
