Hi,
I've been waiting around 5 months for a working answer, and I've got nothing.
This time, I expect a better answer
!
I did a system restore.
Now Norton360 is broken, and will display nothing when I open it.
Please help. I have no idea why this has happened.

Hi Bv123,
Anytime you run Windows System Restore, you have a good chance of breaking Norton because you are replacing some of Norton's files - but not all of them - with obsolete copies. If the restore point is fairly recent, you can sometimes fix things with a PC reboot but most often you will have to uninstall and reinstall Norton. Sorry, but there is no other answer. If you are having issues trying to uninstall the product, please let us know what they are. You can try using the Norton Removal Tool, and if that does not work, trying running it in Safe Mode.
