Norton 360

Hi!

Am new to the forum but I have a slightly different problem. I bought Norton 360 but CD wont run. I downloaded the online version but system asks me what program Iwant to open program in. Please advise as this is unusual and what I ought to do to run installation.

Could you give us a little more information?

The Norton 360 installer should be an executable that will run when you open it. Did you make sure the entire download was finished before trying to open? The file is over 120mb so it may take a while to download. If you try to open it before it has downloaded, it will ask you what program to open it with, because it's not yet an executable file.

Did you download it from the Norton website? I suggest using http://www.norton.com/n360s_6   or logging in to mynortonaccount.com and using the download link there.

Which operating system do you use?

Norton 360 can be installed only in Windows XP/Vista/7. If you are trying to run it on a Mac OS, it won't run.
